Where Calling Meets Community
Tamekia Swint doesn't just talk about change; she builds it. Through Styles 4 Kidz and Body Breakthru, she has created spaces where parents and kids are empowered, and where women reclaim their health and wholeness.
Styles 4 Kidz
Styles 4 Kidz is a nonprofit organization dedicated to building confidence and self-esteem in young people through the art of natural hair care. Through workshops, community events, and hands-on programming, Tamekia and her team meets youth where they are, teaching them that their hair is their crown and their identity is worth celebrating.
Body Breakthru
Body Breakthru is Tamekia's faith-based wellness platform designed to help women break free from the cycles of yo-yo dieting, shame, and self-sabotage. Through the BB30 program and community coaching, women are equipped with practical tools and spiritual grounding to pursue lasting health transformation in body, mind, and spirit.
